thanks to everyone for coming to night music! liam was sick, and we played completely unrehearsed as a four piece, without drums. the show was unique, low key, and the set ended with the entire bar sending liam some get well vibes.  thanks to the ship, night music and sound symposium for having us.

what a month for the ames window side projects.  medians released their 13th album 'cold earth'; wallie stone and the treemen released 'yesterday feels different than today', and doctor zed released 'the orange line'.  if you like the ames window, you'll love this stuff!

wow! what a show! thanks to everyone who came out to the album release party at the ship.  it was the coldest night of year so far, and there were warnings of possible blackouts, so having so many people out was extra special.  Thanks also to kyla tilley and a5tral8og for providing supporting sets.

well, the show on june 28 was not a cd release party, but we are in the final stages of mixing and mastering our second album, titled "six hats".  once we have a release date, we plan on having a cd release party with some special guests! watch here for details.

it'll still be cold, so come warm up with the ames window on their june-uary mini tour of st. john's!  wednesday june 11 we'll be playing at the black sheep, with a special welcome to  attendees of the canadian psychological association conference.  next, we'll travel halfway across downtown to perform for night music at the ship on thursday june 19. come listen and then join the open jam after our set.  finally, we travel all the way back to george street to finish the june-uary mini-tour on saturday june 28 at the black sheep. could this show be a cd release party?

what a show! the ship was packed, and fun was had by all. thanks to the psychology society for hosting, and, to owen finn and michael shallow for playing awesome sets!

happy 2025! this coming saturday (jan 11), we are performing with the owen finn band and michael shallow at the ship.  the show is a fundraiser for the MUN psychology/neuroscience society.  doors are at 8:30, and we'll start playing shortly after.

2024 dec 31

last night marked the end of musical mondaze. throughout the fall, we played 8 shows at the black sheep, and we went out with a bang! tiber reardon opened the show, and the third set featured a practice countdown for new years, including a performance of auld lang syne.  

​
